Service Description

Following a short phone interview to prepare for our time together, we'll meet to discuss your goals, expectations and how to receive the maximum return on investment (ROI) for your home improvement dollars. We'll walk through the home thoroughly and discuss must-do's to prepare the home to sell. You'll have a photo filled 10-page Staging Report you can fill out and take notes on while we verbally do the walk of the home. We'll address shopping list items that create a model home feel to endear your home to potential buyers. We'll end by discussing cosmetic changes that will have a powerful ROI or may simply be necessary to sell in your marketplace.
